We ship globally via trusted carriers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (may vary per item). Due to strict government regulations, processing times may occasionally extend by an additional 1–2 working days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delays Outside the EU
Shipments to non-EU countries may experience delays of up to 2 weeks due to customs procedures. We strive to fulfill orders promptly but cannot control postal delays.
5. Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, it is necessary to contact us first at help@samarit-crafts.com. Refunds will be processed after inspection. Unless the product is faulty or not as described, return shipping costs and any other fees like customs are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with EU consumer laws.
Custom-made or personalized items are exempt from returns unless faulty.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, product designs, and descriptions, is the exclusive property of Samarit d.o.o.
Product Creation & Ownership:
- Every product sold by Samarit Energy Crafts is handmade, designed, and assembled by us. This includes but is not limited to:
- Unique designs of tensor rings, energy pyramids, healing jewelry, and wave-generating devices.
- Original sacred geometry patterns, frequency configurations, and functional craftsmanship.
- No third-party manufacturing or outsourcing is used in the creation of our products. Each piece is individually crafted with intention by our team in Slovenia.
Prohibited Actions:
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or resell our designs or products without explicit written permission.
- Use our intellectual property (e.g., product photos, descriptions) for commercial purposes.
- Reverse-engineer or replicate our handmade creations for distribution.
Violations will result in legal action under Slovenian and EU intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers
- Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure illnesses.
- We are not liable for misuse or reliance on product descriptions.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of Samarit Energy Crafts are governed by the laws of Slovenia, a member state of the European Union (EU). This includes compliance with EU-wide consumer protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, Directive 2019/771 on product conformity).
- For international customers: Purchases from our store are covered by EU consumer rights, including:
- The right to clear product information (Art. 6 EU Consumer Rights Directive).
- A 14-day withdrawal period for returns (applies to EU consumers; non-EU customers see Section 4).
- Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia, or via the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform (link) for EU consumers.
Note for Non-EU Customers:
While Slovenian/EU law applies to our business, your local consumer rights may offer additional protections. We recommend consulting your jurisdiction’s trade authorities for guidance.
